Baruch Silas self-help and spiritual development book, The Secret of Supernatural Power, Deliverance and Prosperity published by lulu has its theme on the process of acquiring supernatural power to usher in deliverance from all forms of stagnation, setbacks, and failures.

Also, it is about how to make a journey into the presence of the Almighty to obtain the key to the hidden treasures of life to become prosperous in all ramifications of human endeavour-spiritual, social, financial, marital, academic, and vocational.

It is impossible to acquire supernatural power when one does not know the process and principles.
The Writer in the chapter, Oh Lord, Break My Heart, introduces and discusses the compulsory demands and principles of supernatural power acquisition.
Many people walk about hollow or seek the powers and authority in vain because they are ignorant of how, thereby adopt wrong approaches.

He explains that the Creator has made his power and authority, available in an unlimited quantity, only to those who play by the rules.
Baruch recognizes that the world is filled with various elements of destruction, pain and sorrow, setback and stagnation such as diseases and ailments, disappointments, repeated business failures, prolonged joblessness, unresolved marital conflicts and crisis, among other troubles of life.
One must therefore, as a matter of survival, be decorated with higher power to subject and overcome these obstacles and live the great life the Creator designs for the creature.

Expounding on this reality, he introduces the concept of the Holy Ghost School, a new divine personal program on how to acquire supernatural power and authority, hear from God and discover ones purpose of creation through supernatural revelations.
This is a practice which he says has set many people free from the bondage of oppression, failure, stagnation and marital collapse including him.

Baruch in the Devil, You and Weapons of War, agrees that one cannot make good use of any weapon of war without a training and practice on the mechanism and use of such armory.
Comparing this to the spiritual war, he presents a symbolism that Gods power and weapons of war are useless in the hand of one who lacks the knowledge and understanding of their use.
The writer, therefore, presents in the chapter, Getting Enlisted in Gods Military presents the nine prerequisites and benefits of enlisting and completing Gods spiritual training in his military school.

Every reader agrees with Baruch that there is a wide margin in character, alertness, strength and tactical intelligence between a military personnel and a civilian.
Therefore, undergoing Gods voluntary training naturally separates the graduand from every other individual on earth.
He demonstrates this fact with real life case studies in the chapter, How to Be Delivered And Promoted, where God partnered with those who possess his power to effect deliverance, re-write death warrant, end barrenness, solve marital confusions, destroy stagnation and setback and enthrone restoration and promotion.

Moreover, he warns in the chapter, Understanding Satans Suggestions, that once opportunity to use Gods power could be corrupted by the inability to recognize and resist satanic suggestions and manipulations.
He reveals in the chapter, No More Dry Bones, a case study on how one can recover all he has lost over the years to the locust and caterpillar of life.
