Watch that young
man, eyes lit up

an impossible wait
we'll go this summer
I said, promise.
Now we're part of the
crowd he can
barely wait to get inside
the gate
looks me in the eye
that camera smile, arm
reaching, a high-five
with expression of joy,
grabbing at the noise and
fun ahead, my son.
