Cars displease when their
exhausting fumes
erupt in downtown Little Rock,
with shrinking
passageways that connect
heritage sites
crocheted among skyscrapers
and parking garages,
paralleled with tourists
air conditioned in comfort
against the humidity,
an early day's adventure
where our taxi encounters
a bridge at water's photo-edge.
