The Word of God-A Pillar for Success in Life

"My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them and health to all their flesh", King Solomon. The word of God is a pillar for success in life. Anyone who adheres to it gets to enjoy its benefits.

The word of God (the bible) is God's manual to mankind on how to live a successful life on this earth He created. It is God speaking to the people He made on how to enjoy the life He gave them. It maps out the steps to take for a most glorious journey on earth.

Those who despise the word of God not only despise God but also their cheapest way to success in life. "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success," Joshua 1:8 (KJV).

What the world celebrates as success includes wealth, fame and power. But many of these celebrities will give all they have in order to have peace of mind, enjoy a stable home and family, good health and true freedom, etc. The word of God when obeyed ensures that you have all round success.

The word of God leads you to success, teaches you how to maintain it, how to enjoy it with Peace of mind and how to teach others to enjoy the same. The word of God keeps you from troubles and prevents losses from coming your way. Many have gotten great ideas simply by meditating on God's word and obeying it. That can be your story too.

God is His Word. He cannot be separated from His word. He is a covenant keeping God and watches over His word to perform it. King Solomon, the wisest and richest of his time, had this to say about God and His word "Every Word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him" (Proverbs 30:5, KJV).

Also, the celebrated King David, a most successful leader who never lost a battle had this to say too, "Moreover, by them is your servant warned (reminded, illuminated, and instructed); and in keeping them there is great reward", (Psalm 19:11, AMP). Furthermore, we have the following in Psalm 119:98 (AMP), "You, through your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies, for [your words] are ever before me.

The world may not have time for God's word and may even call it obsolete but it is still the most relevant in our time and will remain so even generations after. The word of God (the bible), the creator's manual, can never be second to any other manuscript in your pursuit for success in life.

Every word of God is geared towards you enjoying success in this world. Embrace it, obey it and you will have all round success with Peace of mind.
