Righteous Am I In Christ Jesus

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus
Blessed with wisdom, by him who is forever generous
Crowned with His Tender Mercy, and Loving Kindness
Strengthened and upheld with his hand of righteousness

I am centered in His perfect plan, he has designed for me
And nothing can disturb my sense of peace, or crush my integrity
Daily His purpose is being fulfilled in my life
As he leads me along life's path, amidst all its strife

I seek him with all my heart, and he guides my steps
He opens the eyes of my understanding, as I walk in His precepts
He enlightens me about the hope of His calling
When I reach out to him in fear and trembling

He shields and buckles me with His truth
So I can stand in His strength, and yield His fruit
I am anchored in Him and therein delight
And feast on His word, which gives light

He calls me to the fountain, where there is no strife
To receive of the water, that gives everlasting life
His Goodness and Mercy, is following me everywhere
He blesses me abundantly, with His love and care

Spiritual wisdom and knowledge, he gives me generously
Daily as I plea, and ask unwearyingly
The desires of the heart, is His promise to His loved ones
Who delight in His law given by His only begotten Son.

I now boldly say "God is my Helper" and I am victorious
Contented with His blessings which makes me prosperous
Healed by the stripes of Him that is selfless
With belief in my heart, that He came to save us

I am mounting up with wings like an eagle
Residing in His strength, I am no longer feeble
Soaring with confidence, to great heights unknown
Assured that His arms, are around me throne

There is peace on this great flight of victory
As I listen to His voice, and its sweet melody
Revealing all the good thoughts, He thinks towards me
To give me an expected end, of joy and harmony
