And have forgotten the promise fulfilled
Save me lest I end at last in torture
Call me back Lord!

Vs6: When it seems I have more fear
Than your faith I had earlier
When it seems I've become impatience
To not wait long in your presence
Call me back Lord!

Vs7: When it seems I'm hated and scorned
And all around bitterness springs up
When it seems I'm good for nothing
laying wastejust there but rotten
Call me back Lord!

Vs8: When it seems I've known all
And no more tremble at your word
When it seems I've known your way
But could still not your will obey
Call me back Lord!
