Meet Me In The Meadow

Lord, meet me in the meadow
come and be with me
let's sit and rest beneath
the shade of the willow tree.

Come with me and stay,
I so need, a forever friend
someone who will remain
and be there till the end.

Come with me and dwell,
I've a special place for You
for when I'm in your presence
it's like everything is new.

Come with me and abide,
let us become as one
for this heart of mine
You have completely won.

Lord, meet me in the meadow,
where there's no care or strife
let's sit and rest beneath
the shade of the Tree of Life.
