Spiritual Basic Training: 50 Missions for a Spirit-Filled Life #32

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand" (Isaiah 41:10). We should join or start our own spiritual discussion group that focuses on the Holy Scripture. Take the initiative and step out of the comfort zone we are used to being in. We will be helping the spiritual growth of all of those around us by doing so. That is an awesome responsibility and an even greater reward to know that we are helping spread God's word. This is where we start taking larger steps in our spiritual walk of faith because we have gained confidence in ourselves through God. Keep stepping! Keep going! One foot after another. One act of faith after another. We cannot afford to become stagnate or complacent in our spiritual growth. Take the leap of faith and put ourselves out there for our spiritual teammates. The Lord will reward our honest efforts to know him and love him more. We will find the greatest treasures of all, his wisdom, salvation, and love.
MISSION: Join or start a spiritual discussion group
This is the opportunity we have to help our spiritual team grow in knowledge and faith in God. Facilitate the organization or participation of a spiritual discussion group for our teams. The group must be a team effort to be successful. We should delegate duties to the appropriate team members to make the group run smoothly. Our spiritual discussion groups will need group leaders, places to host, and a thirst for God's truth. The rest can be built upon as time goes by. Be a facilitator of God's Word in the lives of our spiritual teams.
