Faith in Our Lord

As Christians who put our faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, we see in the Bible a great verse --Romans 8:28 where God speaks to us. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.

Every day we see and hear those that have great fear of what is happening in their lives and are very negative to what is in their future. If only we put our trust and live by faith in you Lord, we can see things in a very different light. The Biblical position is to believe God by faith---it is a faith that puts God in charge and allows him to do great things, even miracles. The promise of all things working together for good is not for all men, but those who truly love the Lord, those servants that will do his will--against all odds---abandon self effort, self pride, and walk in the path our Lord leads us.

Our Lord wants us to put our faith in him, and think positive for what is happening today . The Lord says, I have a plan that may be troubling you today and you do not understand, but it is a positive plan. Only I as God and master of all the universe can see the future. We as Christians, while we now may be in a time of turmoil, understand God will prevail according to his timetable.

Yes, we see the government turning away from God, no prayers in schools, President declaring this is no longer a Christian nation, men posting "God is Not Needed" on highway billboards, no longer a National Breakfast Day honoring the Lord, and men turning away from churches and or becoming Pastors. Lord you have brought our nation to it's knees with some of the worst times in memory, we are fighting 2 wars, and still you Lord say to think positive. Yes Lord we will follow you all the days of our lives , giving you praise and prayer all the time, as we try to walk close by you.

We know reading your word in the Bible and giving prayers of praise to you Lord, brings wonderful Spiritual Gifts, Physical Gifts and Material Gifts, from you our most gracious and loving Savior. We trust this Sunday we will all be attending the church of our choice and worshiping the Lord. God Bless America
