Kingdom under the sea The Gift is available on dvd at www.gobmg.com and other Christian retailers. Kingdom under the sea is a children's movie series of cute underwater characters, catchy songs, and Bible based stories. The Gift is one episode in the series and is a story about finding the real meaning of Christmas. Like so many people during the holidays, the kingdom has got caught up in the busyness of the season and forgot the true meaning behind Christmas.
The Gift is an adventure of adorable characters trying to discover the true meaning of Christmas. The story is set in a world on the ocean floor. Here they have everything just like we do except it is adapted to being underwater. They have a department store called Sharky's S Mart, a fast food restaurant, Sharky's Shakes, and even a church. One of the characters, Splash, is a young clown fish with a need to explore. His sister, Coral, is your typical little sister and is always in Splash's shadow. Splash's best friend, Tommy, is a big video game player and reads a lot. They even have a pet, Slugger, which acts like a dog, but is a slug. When a very troubled lobster, Professor Pinch, and his goofy sidekick Clawed try to destroy the town's Christmas tree, these cute little characters all search for the true meaning of Christmas. They find reasons to believe that maybe the meaning is about all the presents and stuff you get, maybe all the food, or could it be all the decorations. Things change when a turtle couple comes into the town with an egg that is about to hatch and they have nowhere to go. The town starts to realize maybe they had been wrong about the meaning of Christmas.
Kingdom under the sea series has three different episodes available at this time The Gift, The Red Tide and Return of the King. All of the episodes are very entertaining for kids and parents will enjoy the lessons taught in each episode. The characters are very delightful and the music keeps viewers excited. Also on the website kids can choose from three different games to play that are about the Kingdom under the sea characters.
