They (for lack of a better title)

Money is but a tool
For God's kingdom
To minister to many needs of others
And to promote God's will
To some, their money will be like tissues
When they stand in God's presence
Hopefully they will have enough to wipe away all of their tears
When they realize that they treated others as peasants
They lavished self with luxury
And left many without
Many died and were hungry
As they never realized what life was about
They thought life was just about self
As they bought in to the devil's lie
So many were so low
When they were living so high
The greatest joy is in giving
Just like Jesus did for you
He laid down His life
Though self, and not Jesus, they did pursue
I wonder if ignorance
Will be a valid excuse
Because God's Word says that every man will hear
Though many will not listen and get a clue
We are to be a blessing to many
When God gives us wealth to share
Yet we get so selfish
And about others we seem to not care
It is like the scripture that says
When you see your brother cold, naked, or without a bed
You didn't offer him warmth, clothes, or a place to lay
You just said go, and be warm instead
If you have this world's goods
And do not offer to share
How dwells the love of God in you
When you could have helped; you just left others in despair.

I am a 63 year old Born-Again spirit filled Christian, that has been saved for 30 years. Jesus found me when I was suicidal. I learned real quickly that I was powerless to be in control of my life, so I let Jesus take over. He has chosen me to be a warrior for Him. WE win, if we fight His way.
