I stand at the bottom of a mountain
intimidated by its size.
Standing at the bottom,
I feel so small and unworthy.
But with Your guidance, Lord
I will reach the top victoriously.
As I climb,
I must leave family and friends, addictions and desires, betrayals and sins.
I must trust You to provide
to give me strength to reach the top.
My journey will be long
and the pain will be unbearable at times
but I put my trust in You.
In You, I put my faith
I surrender my life
In You
And only You
I shall reach the top.
