I have His joy and peace Divine
I fear no death, no, I fear no foe
I fear no depth, height, nor powers
I'm safe in the Lover of my soul
He keepeth me every hour
Till all my sojourn days are over

Heaven is mine for Jesus is mine
I'm sure of this, I dare not lie
Visions of rapture burst on my sight
Voice of assurance in my heart
I fear no threatening, nor stake nor spear
I fear no perils nor despair
For I know whom I have believed in
And I know He will receive me
When my stay on earth is over
