Some people may wonder,
why you're so glad
they can't understand
why you're not feeling sad.

Your life to them,
seem like a big mess
they don't believe
that you, God would bless.

Yes, to look at you,
no one would know
that you have problems
because they don't show.

Instead you laugh,
and your heart sings
of the joys of salvation
that your Savior brings.

In this life,
we all reap what we sow
but you have chosen
in God, to seek and grow.

And that is why,
to them you should be sad
for they haven't a reason
themselves to be ~ glad!
