Wealth is inherited but Wisdom is earned

"Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it"-Albert Einstein
Our spouses, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and even close friends can leave us with a bundle of money when they die but none of them can leave us with the valuable quality of wisdom. We can only become rich in wisdom if we are willing to chase after it and grab it by its coat tail then refuse to let it go (much like when Jacob wrestled with God in Genesis 32:24-26 NIV). Or in other words we've got to invest some work in order to receive it because it will not simply fall into our laps.
Having wisdom simply means that God has given you additional understanding and insight. You can only obtain this understanding by imitating (patten yourself after me-1 Corinthians 11:1 AB), embracing (as the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God. I thirst for You, the living God-Psalms 42:1&2 NLT) and spreading the gospel (go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life-Matthew 28:20 TM) of His goodness. Need some help with that just pick up your life manual called the B-i-b-l-e.
If you love wisdom and don't reject it-Proverbs 4:6 CEV
