Because of love, I obey
With delight in His command
He has filled me with His love
And the new life from above
His banner o're me is love

Of the so comfort of the world
I don't dream to choose another
If not Jesus and His work

Though the world's door may fling open
Just to tempt me to walk away
The whole world is just a token
Compared to the reward Christ pays

I'll rather stay and die in Christ
It is not that He's had me trapped
Or because the world refused me
It's because I've come to love Him
