From Anxiety to Peace

Be anxious for nothing,
let not anything take you by dread
let go of the worry
that is filling up in your head.

Be concerned for not a thing,
let Jesus take from you your care
let go of your fear
for all your trepidation He'll bear.

Be nervous for naught,
let not your problems stress you out
let go of your tension
and give Jesus all of your doubt.

Be not burdened for anything,
let not troubles cause you alarm
let go of your load
and rest in the comfort of Jesus' arms.

For when we our overly anxious,
when we are excessively concerned
our faith and trust we push away
and His peace for us, we leave unturned!
