"You are no good," he whispers.
"God doesn't love you anymore."
"You are a mess, you're a joke."
He chants at your heart's door.

"Look at what you did," he taunts.
"See what wrongs you've done."
"You will never succeed at this."
His mocking has only just begun.

"You're a bad parent," he hisses.
"Everything you do is a big flop."
"You are a real born loser."
His name-calling will never stop.

"You are a hypocrite," he yells.
"You are not fooling anyone."
"You can't' really be a Christian."
His jeering is made to stun.

"You are a sinner," he scoffs.
"You are not Spirit drawn."
"You're a fake and a phony."
His ridicule goes on and on.

"You are a failure", he screams.
"Just take a look at your past."
"You are a disgrace to God."
His lies are meant to last.

Satan is your great accuser,
and loves to torment your mind
so put on the helmet of salvation
and God's peace you will find..
