The soul pants,
after pastures green
living waters . . .
life giving streams.
This thirst needs,
spiritual blessings
wrapped in the truth
not just the dressings.
Hunger pains,
not being satisfied
needing more of Jesus
and why He died.
Those deaf ears,
now want to hear
no longer willing
to live in fear.
Once blinded eyes,
can't really see . . .
If Jesus doesn't live
inside of thee.
Stony heart,
wrenched old soul
needs more than ever
to be consoled.
The soul pants,
for the truth . . .
as in the days
of its youth.

shall return to the days of his youth:"
