Jesus Is With You

As you travel,
your course in life
you will find strain
along with strife.

For the road is rocky,
the path not straight
and often you'll miss
reaching the narrow gate.

There will be high mountains,
for you to climb . . .
and long valleys will come
in their due time.

The seas will be rough,
and the skies will start to thunder
in these storms ~ God's love
you might begin to wonder.

There will be many times,
that it may seem . . .
that the suns forgotten
to shine its beam.

And just when you think,
you can't make it to the end
you'll see how through it all
Jesus has been your friend.

For the road, you travel,
He travels it too . . .
and He has always been there
right in front of you!
