Speak to me ~ Lord ~ speak to me,
tell me what I want to hear . . .
tell me you will never leave me
tell me you'll always be near.

Speak to me ~ Lord ~ speak to me,
tell me the things I should know
tell me all there is about You
tell me how in You, I can grow.

Speak to me ~ Lord ~ speak to me,
tell me about Your mercy and love
tell me where I can look to find You
tell me about the heavens above.

Speak to me ~ Lord ~ speak to me,
tell me how I can be closer to You
tell me everyday where You want me
tell me what I should say and do.

Speak to me ~ Lord ~ speak to me,
tell me what I want to hear . . .
tell me how much You adore me
whisper Your love for me in my ear!
