Light Up The Darkness

Have you ever awakened on a stormy night with the power dead?
Did you stumble or trip as you moved slowly away from your bed?

Did you feel like a blind man groping around with no sight?
Did you have a panic attack? Was your heart filled with fright?

Would you have given anything for a light to guide your way?
There are people around you that walk in darkness everyday!

God commands all Christians everywhere to always shine your light!
To guide lost souls that stumble in the darkness of Sin's night.

There are storms of darkness raging in the lives of people you know
Will you shine your light so they will know which way to go?

Are your spiritual batteries charged up with the power of God?
Will you be a Light House and a Beacon on that path you trod?

Let us light up the darkness because you can never tell
Our light might keep someone from stumbling and falling into Hell.
