THIS WAY MY BROTHER

I was sitting in my van having lunch today.
Many people, some running, passed by on life's way.

Most were colledge students holding America's future in hand.
The place was Florida State home of the Seminole band.

God had me take a look at each soul who passed by.
My heart wondered, " What if this was their day to die? "

As life's destiny brought them near my life's path today.
I wanted to stop them and ask each one to pray.

Chances are I'll never see them in this life again.
I should warn them now to repent of their sin.

They're on life's journey to where only God can tell.
How many will go to Heaven how many will go to Hell?

One student going east another student going west.
Will they be prepared when God gives His final test?

How grand it would be if they all lived for Jesus.
America would become a land that surely would please us!

I wish I could correct their course as they trod.
I would set them on a course taking them straight to God.

They search for life's meaning wanting to have fun.
The key to it all lies in God's only Son.

Lord grant me the boldness to stop them and say:
"Jesus Christ died for you and He is The Way!"

While you are young please give King Jesus a chance.
It will be the beginning of an everlasting romance!

Though you make it in life and own all the gold.
What will it profit you if you lose your soul?
