TOUCHING

We touch others often as we travel the roads of life
Does our touch bring joy or inflict pain and strife?

Will our touch be kind or will our touch be cruel?
Will it refill a heart that is running out of fuel?

God reached down and touched mankind from the sky
When He sent Jesus His Son to die for you and I.

"God, give us the touch of kindness and love as a prize!"
"Do not let our touch cut others down to size!"

Sometimes posing angels will put our touch to the test
God will be watching closely to see if we do our best!

When it comes to us Christians God is expecting much!
What is He going find in the history of our touch?

Our touch can destroy or our touch can save
Our touch can reach out even from the grave!
