Sick and Left Alone

by boatrocker Gilmore
11/04/2012 / Poetry

What do you do when you are sick and left alone?
When family and friends pretend that you're unknown?

This is the time to trust God more than ever.
Will God ever treat you like man ? No! Never!

Although man will sometimes forsake you, when you're feeling blue.
God promises never to leave nor forsake you.

Be patient as God gives you the strength to endure.
You have his promise not man's promise; you can rest assure.

Elder Kelvin Gilmore
11/04/12

Elder Kelvin Gilmore, a devout man of God, sold out for Jesus Christ. Gifted and chosen by God to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through poetry and daily devotions.
