A bad doctor's report
The monster is back
Having been ridden of for three years
It's come back to reign it's terror on me
With it's scary name and face
I fear no evil
For now I stand strong
Certain of my protector
With the wind at my back
And Jesus at my side
Death beckons me
Life snatches me back
Into His mighty hands
I will remain
In this life
Until He calls me home
Not one time before
Not one second after
I will ready without notice
I no longer fear life or death
I am in the hands of God


I am a 61 year cancer survivor just recently become a writer. I write short stories, articles and poems of Christian or Spritual nature.
