Deuteronomy 8:4. Jesus uses this scripture in Luke 4:4 to fight Satan in the wilderness.
"Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord."
Read His word every day.
Thereby grow in faith. Like daily food helps you grow and stay healthy so God's word helps you grow in faith and stay spiritually healthy.

Deuteronomy 8:10 "When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land which He gives you."
Bless God for your physical and spiritual needs. They are met by Him!

Deuteronomy 8:11. But in the time of plenty, don't forget the Lord your God and disobey Him! Be careful!

Deuteronomy 8:18 Always remember that it is the Lord your God who gives you power to become rich.

Grow rich spiritually as this is more important than worldly wealth.

I love the song which goes "I'd rather have Jesus than silver or gold. I'd rather have Jesus than riches untold."

It's not wrong to have riches, but it is if they are gained wrongly and not by trusting and obeying God's Word. Live by it! Work by it! Obey it! Know it! Practise it!
