It takes courage,
a spirit willing to go the length
it takes confidence
letting God supply the strength.

It takes commitment,
a determination to do God's will
it takes patience
a willingness to wait and be still.

It takes persistence,
a resolve to keep pressing on
it takes diligence
for the good race to be won.

It takes focus,
all eyes are always on the goal
it takes Jesus
to have a conquering soul!
