100 Reasons You Must Be A Christian
by Olawale Ogunsola
1/30/2013 / Salvation

PRAYER
God in Heaven, I thank You for making it possible to come across this write-up. Help me through it. Open my eyes to see the truth presented to me in it.
Give me the grace and courage to accept the truth at the end of reading it. Amen.

Reason one:
The Only Mediator Is Jesus Christ.

You must become a Christian because
"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5.
"The man Christ Jesus" states clearly in John 3:3 that
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
As the only Mediator, you must believe in Him. You must follow Him. Your relationship with your Maker has been spoilt. He alone can normalise it. Follow Him!

Reason two:
Your Sins Will Be Forgiven.

You are, by nature, a wrongdoer. Your Creator loves you but hates your bad behavior. Your past misdeeds need to be pardoned. Hear this,"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us."
However, "If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1;8-9.

Reason Three:
You Will Know The Way.

You can know the way only if you know the Lord Jesus. No other true way besides Him.
Hear Him in John 14:6
"I am the way, ... no man comes unto the father except by me."
As soon as you become a Christian, you will be like the Psalmist who said in Psalm 119:30,
"I have chosen the way of truth, ..."
Do you know (think) of any other way? It is a way of falsehood!
Have you sincerely read those points? Do you believe them indeed?

CONFESSIONAL PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the grace, power and courage that you have given me to read this piece.
I have now known the Truth, let the Truth set me free totally and eternally in Jesus' Name.
Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for your death for my sins.
I confess that you died for me and you have risen unto glory.
I confess you as my Lord and Savior. Give me the grace and mercy to follow you until I am counted worthy when you come again.
Thank you Jesus for saving me.
