The Shield of Favor

He sent His undying favor from Heaven.
He became flesh!
So that I could be free!
He became like me!
That I may become one in Him.
Oh His glorious favor that has been
bestowed upon us!
He goes before us and follows close behind us.
What love the Father has for us!
He sent His finest favor in the Person of Jesus.
Hail the King! Hail the King!
Who has blessed the righteous man with favor
as with a shield!

Let the highest heavens shout His Glory!
The Angelic Choir sings His praise forever.
Their praise surrounds His throne!
His glory basks in the glory of His children's praise!
We fill His Heart with praise
and He fills our lives with favor.
Shout on the mountain tops from the highest peaks!
The Lord of Glory has rained His favor upon us.
The earth is filled with the knowledge and glory
of the Risen Lord!


Sing Hallelujah! Sing Hallelujah!
The earthly choir sings with the heavenly choir
in one accord.Praise Him! Praise Him!
Praise the Heavenly King forever!
Thank you Lord for surrounding your
righteous ones with favor as with
a shield.

I want the Lord Jesus Christ to be totally glorified in my poetry it is about Him and Him only to lift His name to the heavens forever.
