Dark and light,
battle within
we fight so hard
to die to sin.

Arrows fall,
hot with fire
only God's Word
douses the desire.

The tempter lies,
sound so sweet
without the truth
you feel the heat.

The lion roars,
before he strikes
he'll do anything
that he likes.

Satan wants you,
to burn in hell
and so our souls
he wants us to sell.

Dark and light,
battle within
but we have Jesus
and we will win!
