A Prayer for Broken Marriages

Our Heavenly Father, Maker and God, we come together as the Body of Christ and uphold each marriage that is breaking and ask for Your divine intervention. We bring to You each husband and wife and ask for Your mighty hand to join back together, what You have united in holy matrimony. Lord we ask that the powers of darkness and all wrong friendships or addictions, which have been breaking this unity, be broken in Jesus' mighty name and cast away. We ask for an end to all bitterness, hate, spite, wrath, abuse, enmity and for a cleansing and healing of mind, body, soul and spirit.

We take authority in the name of Jesus our Savior and command all that is not of You to be removed right now from these lives, and place the mighty Cross of Jesus in between them and all the works of the enemy. We command all ungodly influences to be removed and leave right now in Jesus' mighty name. We cast down all wrong imaginations and unlawful arrangements of Satan and his legions in Jesus' name. We bind the works of Satan and his legions over their lives, their homes , family and their belongings in Jesus' mighty name and let loose the power of the Sovereign Godhead in each home. We ask that You send Your warrior angels to protect and defend each of them from now on.

We speak peace and wholeness into each life in Jesus' mighty name. We declare no weapons formed against them shall prosper and that this marriage will be completely restored in Jesus' mighty name. We gird them with the Word of God 'As for me and my house we will serve the Lord, God will make a way where there is no way and "Not by might, nor by power but by My Spirit says the Lord, this mountain shall be removed"' and surrender each marriage to You today.

We cry out "Save these marriages O God". Thank You for hearing us and we give You all the glory and honor and praise for what You will now do amen.

"O my Lord God, I uphold all who will read this and ask You to bless them in a special way today. Be with them, their family and their friends and shine Your divine light on them and grant them peace. In Jesus name I pray amen."
