How To Pray To Get Quick Answers Today

by Ngozi Nwoke

Quick answer to prayer is possible and can be your portion today. Quick answers to prayers are the desires of everyone but few people get to enjoy it. The good news is that you can be part of this few if you will obey God's simple instructions on how to possess your heart desire. This post tells you how to pray to quickly get your prayers answered.

Rise, take your journey, and cross over the River Arnon. Look, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to possess it, and engage him in battle - Deuteronomy 2:24 (NKJV)

Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it - Jeremiah 1:12 (KJV)

Many people pray and pray, cry and cry and still their desires seem far-fetched. What can be the problem? They are yet to see the answered prayers! NOTE THIS: until you see it, God is not committed to perform it - Dr David Oyedepo.

How to pray to get quick answers

Ensure there is provision for it in the scriptures

God cannot give you what He had not promised in the bible. If you can see it in the scriptures then it is yours to take. This is because if you ask for anything according to God's will as stated in the scriptures, He will hear you, and if you know that he heard you then you will know that you will have the petitions that you desired of Him - 1 John 5:14-15

Believe that God will give it to you

Many people believe God's word but they have problems believing that it will work for them. They may even believe that God will do it for another person but when it comes to their own issues doubts set in. Now, if you are to go to God in prayer, you must first believe that He is and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him - Hebrews 11:6.

Really, those promises are not for display in the bible, God strongly desires that you partake of them; God richly gives us all things to enjoy - 1 Timothy 6:17

Have a clear picture of the end

This is very important if you are to get quick answers. Make a very vivid picture of your desired result in your heart from the located scripture; meditation will help you paint that awesome picture.

Mark 11:24 says that when you pray you should believe you receive the things you asked for and you will have them. But until you see them, it will be difficult for you to believe you receive them.

Pray from the end

Now, this is where most people miss it. They pray as if the desired answer is yet to be formed instead of praying as people who have already seen what they want. What is the difference? Your approach is the answer. Instead of fighting to build afresh, you will be fighting to ward off all oppositions against you receiving already built answer.

God said to the Israelites, "I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to possess it, and engage him in battle" - Deuteronomy 2:24. They fought the Amorites with the understanding that the Amorites were occupying the land that belonged to them. They fought as owners not as invaders. This approach will determine your choice of words and disposition.

Let's illustrate with architectural drawings. You build with a plan that tells you what will be on ground at the end. The builders build with already designed picture of the building. They can't start and end up with another design of building.

So also, when you pray from the end, that is, with the picture of your desired answered prayer, you will receive your desired answer. This approach is called faith and you will get quick answers.

Let your end picture ever be before you

Certainly the enemy will test your faith, so you must never lose sight of your end picture. The more you see it, the more you'll believe it and be empowered to ward off doubts and challenges that may arise as a result of your stand.

Take a cue from Jesus, who for the joy (end picture) that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and who eventually sat down at the right hand of the throne of God - Hebrews 12:2. You can't be looking at a desired answered prayer and end up with an undesired result.

Truly, it is possible to pray and receive answers quickly from God, no matter what the case may be. So, if you desire your prayers to be answered quickly, follow the above how to pray steps and you will get quick answers today.
