"And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul. Acts19: 11

Everything of what we call "Nature" is an act of God and is a miraculous occurrence.

The fact that our heart is beating and we are able to breathe, that we digest food and the cells of our bodies are programmed to behave in concert with other processes within our own clump of clay, is miraculous; every moment we are experiencing miracles and the world is full of such wonders.

There are times, however, when God does "special miracles." Those miracles occur because God is extending His Hand to intervene in specific ways that would not otherwise happen. God is a Creator, and a Re- Creator.

In the text noted above, God uses the hands of Paul to enact those special miracles, it is none the less GOD Who is doing the work.

Handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched Paul's body were taken to the sick and the demon oppressed and the diseases, and/or the evil spirits left them.

We note throughout Scripture the various reasons for sicknesses and dysfunctions of our bodies. Disease is mentioned, and demonic activity, and birth defects, such as the man born blind, and the man whose leg bones did not develop, but none of it is a problem for God to correct and to heal.

Sometimes God does a miracle that is unexplainable and sometimes He does a miracle through the hands of a person, let us be quick to give God the thanks and glory for all things good.

We tend to "wish" we could actually believe that God is in charge; we often think it to be, "just too far out." Then, we accept with the confidence of a child that we may walk on other planets and build on the moon, and that we may speak to each other in real time by texts through the air waves, and on telephones.

Our world is filled with the wonders of God. It may often appear to us that they are the works of man's hands, but all that is good and perfect comes down from the Father of Light. James 1: 17

Let us give Him praise. Let us receive with the confidence of a child that He can do what He says He can do; but how will we know all that He tells us, unless we are daily engaged in the Book of informational instructions He has provided to us?

"He (God) sent His WORD and healed them." Psalm 107: 20

Let us find our healings in the Word of God. He tells us that there is transforming power in His Word. Just as with our words in texts or other communication forms is none the less our word, although not heard by the recipient as a "voice," so is God's written Word never the less God's Word to us.

Let us read it and let us take heed to IT's messages and then experience the blessings that Our Father so desires to shower upon us because we have joined our mind to His mind, and we communicate with Him and agree with Him. Romans 12: 2
