Father, what are your thoughts about stillness?

(I began to simply stay still, quietly listen to soaking music while allowing The Holy Spirit to paint a picture of myself with Jesus walking along the Sea of Galilee. I was first holding his handI seemed like a little boy. He seemed robust and wearing white robes flowing through the windy day. I see His face and he smiles with loveI smile backhe picks me up and places me on his shouldersalmost like a piggy back ride. While on his shoulders I lower my face to his and he raises his face toward mine and kisses my foreheadI asked him the question above and he stopped and sat me down on a rock and began speaking to me)

His Response:
"Let go and be still. Receive my love. Receive my light and be still. Be. Be. Be. Know that I am always here with you. I will never leave you. In stillness is where you will find me. I will be found in the stillness of your heart. Let your heart simply receive my joy my love. Bask in the rays of my love. And know that I am living with you, in you and for you."

"Stillness is where you will find peace. I am stillness. When you are still you are in me. Picture your heart in my stillness and be. Stillness is the opposite of this world. It's where you will seek me, find me and see me. Come to me and see that even in stillness you are in motion but in motion of receiving."
