Tithes and Offerings Today: Blessings and Dangers

Do you know that thousands of Christians are in hell right now because they did not pay their tithes and offerings in full or at all?

Please study this message with the true testimonies of people who have been to hell and share with others.

1. Do you know that refusing to pay your full tithes & offerings to your church means you are a thief stealing God's money? (see Malachi 3:6-10).

2. Do you know that all thieves, including those refusing to pay tithes and offerings & those pastors who are sitting greedily on everything as their own will not inherit the kingdom of Heaven? (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

3. Evidence from Hell shows that those who refuse to give God the tithes and offerings are doomed to destruction unless they repent.

From the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses the Scripture says every matter or truth will be established (2 Cor 13:1).

4. Tithe is 10 percent of your income. It is meant for your church. It is God's money for the local church. Neither is it exclusively
for the pastors and other ministers.

Tithes should not be given by an individual believer to the poor. The church leadership is in the position to give such to the poor.

But you must bring it to the storehouse of God [your local church], so that there could be food in His house (Malachi 3:10).

5. Also you must give good offering in church. You can also give additional offering to support other churches, ministries that are not churches, special kingdom project in your church, and so on.

Regular alms to the poor should never be neglected (Acts 10:1-4). Ministering to the financial and material needs of the saints is very essential here (Rom 12:13, 2 Cor 8 and 2 Cor 9). Let God lead you in your giving (Rom 8:14)

5. TITHES CAME BEFORE THE LAW (Gen 14:18-20, Heb 7:4)

6. TITHES BECAME CONSOLIDATED UNDER THE LAW (Lev 27:30; Heb 7:5)

7. TITHES CONTINUE AFTER THE LAW (Mat 23:23, Mat 5:17-18)

8. TITHES COMMAND HEAVEN'S WINDOW TO OPEN (Malachi 3:10-12)

9. OFFERINGS CONTROL THE MEASURE OF BLESSINGS THAT YOU RECEIVE (Malachi 3:10).

Verse 10 in KJV has "there shall...be room...to receive it" in italics because it is not in the original Hebrew text.

Removing that leaves us with "THAT...NOT...ENOUGH."

Since God is talking about only tithes in verse 10, that means your tithes are not enough.

When God taught me this through John Avazini, if I have N30,000, I could pay N3,000 as tithes and N2,000 or N3,000 as offering.

That made a difference in my finances. So I encourage you to give God your full tithe (10 percent of your income) as well as quality offering.

10. LACK OF TITHES CURSES YOUR BLESSINGS (Malachi 3:8-9)

Kenneth E. Hagin in his book "The Ministry of a Prophet" cited the case of a sick man he was praying for. God told him that Satan attacked the man because he had refused to pay his tithes.

A pastor and wife attended our School of Ministry some time ago. They had financial difficulty - moving from "riches to rags" because they refused to obey God in tithes.

11. TITHES ARE TO CATER FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MINISTERS, STRANGERS, ORPHANS & WIDOWS (Deut 26:12-15).

Study this message carefully over and over again, and share with others.

SINNERS CONFESSION
If you are not yet born-again, say this:
I choose to repent today. Also I choose to believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose up for my justification.
The Scripture says, If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Rom 10:9).
Therefore, I believe in Jesus in my heart and confess Him as my Lord. Now I am born-again (Amen).
 
SAY THIS ALOUD TO RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT
Also Jesus said, But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses (Acts 1:8).
And on the day of Pentecost All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:4).
Therefore, I receive the Holy Spirit by faith right now and I begin to speak in an unknown tongue (unlearned tongue) as He gives me the utterance.
I command every foul spirit [spirit of fear, spirit of unbelief, spirit of doubt, religious spirit, unforgiving spirit] wanting to hinder me to stop in its evil operation in my life in Jesus name.
Thank you God for filling me with your Spirit in Jesus name (Amen).
