Shining your light
Throughout all the ages
We can stand tall
Against the dark

Burning the truth
Upon our hearts
We can stand firm
Against the lies

Building our lives
Upon your rock
We can stand firm
In this shaking world

Spreading your love
To every generation
We can stand strong
Against hate and rejection

The power is in us
The power of God
We can stand strong
In this fallen world

i love getting up early and sitting quietly with the lord and the word before anyone else is up
