I arise in the strength of my God today
He is my pilot, His wisdom guides me
I arise in the strength of my Christ today
He is before me and He's behind me
I arise in the strength of the Holy Spirit
In the uniqueness of the Threeness
I arise

I stand in the strength of my God today
If He is for me whom shall I fear
I stand in the strength of my Christ today
He stays beside me, forever near
I stand in the strength of the Holy Spirit
In the same power that raised the dead
I stand

I rest in the strength of my God today
His shield protects me from every snare
I rest in the strength of my Christ today
His eye is on me, His ear will hear
I rest in the strength of the Holy Spirit
In my Comforter and Counselor
I rest

I arise in the strength of my God today
His might upholds me, His hand guards me
I arise in the strength of my Christ today
His Truth leads me, the Way's before me
I arise in the strength of the Holy Spirit
In the uniqueness of the Threeness
I arise
