The Devil Is Still Ferocious

Unredeemed man has a tendency to be destructive, and if left to himself, with no sanctions or accountability would destroy everything, including himself. Nature has shown us, and experience has taught us, that we have quickly developed enormous expertise in gratuitous destruction but have learned ever so slowly how to build and be constructive.

We all know that to build a sixty-storied skyscraper will take many months or years to build, even with modern means of quick construction, but it can be destroyed in seconds. We only have to cast our minds back to the terrorist destruction of the twin towers of the World Trade Center complex in New York City for this truth to sink home with chilling clarity.

Lest we forget the 110-story twin towers took approximately 3 years and 11 months to build but on September 11 2001 they were destroyed in under two hours.

This is typical of humanity.

Retributive providence, which some would argue is a tool of Satan but restrained by God, is equally destructive. From the time the world was put in disarray with the expulsion of Satan and his supporters from heaven, the world has been subject to horrifying destruction that would have wiped humanity from the face of the earth had it not been for Gods mercy.

Whatever else you may know of humanity, you would be deluding yourself if you do not know, and readily accept, that our capacity for self destruction knows no limit.

In two world wars we have seen what humanity can do to itself. In World War 1 the total number of deaths were estimated at over 17 million (plus 20 million additional casualties) and in World War 2 the number stood at 60 million people killed.

Behind humanitys campaign of self destruction stands the enemy of civilization.

The devil.

The devil today is universally ferocious, and we should not be surprised. The Bible has given us warning about this, and we should be on watch for this rage because the Bible says: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8)

The devil knows that his time to do damage is less and less by the day so his ferocity is growing: Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. (Revelation 12:12)

The ferocity of Satan is channelled in getting humanity to go its own way, in departing from the precepts and practices that God has put in place for the good of us all.

People delude themselves when they fail to detect the hidden and partly-hidden agenda of people who, because of their world view and ideology, are hell-bent on destruction.

Take one example of an agenda that is hell-bent on humanitys destruction, examine it very carefully, and it should leave you in no doubt as to its endeavour.

I am referring to the so-called LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) agenda, one of the most evil agendas that is extremely toxic to the morals, decency and spirituality (even the very existence) of a society.

Believers should not allow themselves to be brainwashed by this toxic agenda because these people sometimes masquerade under convenient and abused banners; such as equality and civil rights.

The LGBT agenda is about equality and civil rights in the same way that torture is having a little chat with a captive. Not only are their claims bogus, but cowardly and spineless because they know that the world will not stand for their real agenda the destruction of societal values.

And where do societal values come from, and what separates civilised society from the barbarians, the hillbilly, the savages?

The clear answer is God, and the godly values held dear by a decent people, the same as given to us in scripture.

Philosphy, science, sociology and the like do not give us values, only God does that and people of decency and upstanding adhere to these values, and in the process prosper.

Here are the values, the standards, the behaviour as laid down by Almighty God especially as they relate to sexual behaviour:

1. No sexual relations with near kin, Leviticus 18:6
2. No sexual relations with father or mother, Leviticus 18:7
3. No sexual relations with father's wife, Leviticus 18:8
4. No sexual relations with your sister, Leviticus 18:9
5. No sexual relations with your son's daughter, or daughter's daughter, Leviticus 18:10
6. No sexual relations with half sister, Leviticus 18:11
7. No sexual relations with your aunts, Leviticus 18: 12, 13
8. No sexual relations with your uncles, Leviticus 18:14
9. No sexual relations with your daughter in law, Leviticus 18:15
10. No sexual relations with your brother's wife, Leviticus 18:16
11. No sexual relations with woman and her daughter, Leviticus 18:17
12. No sexual relations with same sex, Leviticus 18:22
13. No sexual relations with an animal, Leviticus 18:23
14. Defile (tarnish, pollute) not ye yourselves in any of these things, Leviticus 18:24

These are the standards decent people should keep, and a close examination shows that there is nothing particularly spiritual about any of these items on the list. Normal, moral behaviour is not something beyond the realm of ordinary folk, and we should expect this kind of right behaviour everywhere on earth.

The LGBT agenda, with its host of clueless imbeciles, opportunist politicians, and disaffected persons, inside and outside the church, seek not just to destroy only one value, per 13 on the list above, but all values, because Satan is leading a ferocious campaign against God and believers everywhere.

Believers everywhere should therefore be on guard, vigilant to every attack from the enemy, from whatever source, and should fight just as ferociously to uphold the values of God, handed down to us by the apostles, and which we are duty-bound to pass on to future generations.

If believers give in and endorse this same-sex agenda, and endorse same-sex marriages, then they should know that is just the tip of the wedge to topple all that we believe in, and hold dear and sacred.

The world can do as it pleases because they are lost, unredeemed, and without hope; except they turn to Jesus Christ. We wish they would repent, we pray and agonise before God for them, but we will certainly not join them in their Satan-led, ferocious battle against God. Never.
