How to Make a Resurrection Rock

This Resurrection Rock celebrates the fact that JESUS CHRIST ROSE FROM THE DEAD! He is the Rock of our Salvation (Psalm 89:26) and this is why we celebrate Easter!

"Praise be to the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ! In His great mercy, He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." --I Peter 1:3

Easter Truth!

No bunnies, eggs, or baby chicks;
Not candy or trivial pagan tricks--
But Jesus is the reason we celebrate
Sweet Easter--Resurrection Day!

Jesus our Savior really died--
Our sin caused Him to be cruicified;
But He did not die in vain
He cleansed us of sin, then rose again!

He lives forever, to save and pray,
To guide and love us, and prepare
A heavenly home with the angels and God
For us to praise and worship Him there.

It's not enough to believe in God;
The devils and demons do the same;
You must believe in Jesus the Son
And call upon His Holy Name.

He will not turn away from those
Who cry, "Have mercy on me!
I am a sinner; I need Your blood
To cleanse and set me free!"

If you choose Jesus, then when you die
You'll escape the torment of hell;
When Christ returns to claim His own,
You'll be raised to life as well!

He'll turn your darkness into light
Give you freedom, protection, and love;
So take a precious moment now--
And receive eternal life above!
