The LORD (Yahweh) Our Defense
"For the LORD is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king" (Psalms 89:18)
God is the greatest Defense, the most powerful, and the most effective. God can be your Defense. Are you in need of someone to defend you now? God can be that defense for you. And He is the perfect Defense.
No matter where you are, He will always shield you against every attack; He will contend with those who contend with you. He will fight your battle for you. At your job He is your defense. When it seems that everyone is against you, and pressures are mounting on every side, you can trust in Yahweh Magineinu.
There is an unseen Wall of protection around you, shielding you from every danger seen and unseen, known and unknown. He will deliver you from evil as you trust Him.
When you find yourself in a situation where you cannot defend yourself, you can cry to God to defend you. No one can break through His defense of your life.
As He defended Israel again and again, He can defend you. That is His name Yahweh Magineinu, The LORD Our Defense.
