3 Things To Know About Fulfilling Your Dreams And Destiny

by Olawale Ogunsola
2/22/2016 / Christian Living

Do you dream of what you want to become on earth? Does the fire of becoming great keep burning in your heart? Do you keep planning how to become what you are convinced you are designed for?
These are good things!
In addition to your conviction and preparation to fulfill your dream, you must know the truth about doing this.
1. A place. You have great dreams to fulfill but recognise the fact that there is need to do so somewhere. That is, you must answer and pray about WHERE. There is a common phrase that says, "your location determines your allocation" You must be available in a place that is conducive for your dream. Journey to such a place may or may not be easy but if you are close to your Maker, He will make all necessary arrangements.
Let us consider the life of Joseph as an example. He dreamed twice of his greatness
"please hear this dream which I dreamed : There we were, binding sheaves in the field. Then behold my sheaf arose and also stood upright,
and indeed your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf."
"Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun
the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me." Gen 37:6,9
"These were the dreams of being a leader which Joseph dreamed. But can this be achieved in his father's house? Can this come to pass in the land of Canaan.
No!
Joseph's dreams come to pass after graduating from various Universities of Hardknocks.
Pharaoh, the King of Egypt said on the day of Joseph's elevation,
"You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled
according to your words, only in regard to the throne will I be
greater than you.
See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.
I am Pharaoh, and without your consent no man may lift his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt. " Gen 41:40-41, 44.
May the Lord lead you to your place of fulfillment of dreams soon.

2. A time. God is the greatest planner. No one is comparable to Him. As a Master planner, He created everything for six days and rested on the seven.
He did not miss anything out. He ensured that everything was in order. He provided all that mankind would ever need before his creation.

Halleluyah!

About your dreams, the Lord has a set time to bring it to pass. A time when everything you will ever need would have brought been put in place.
"He has made everything beautiful in his time." Eccl 3:11a.
Your dreams and aspirations will come to pass beautifully at the appointed time. Only watch and wait for that time, a ripe time.
Just Like Joseph did. He started to dream about leadership and greatness as a teenager but the Holy Bible reveals
"Joseph was thirty years old when he stood
before Pharaoh King of Egypt." Gen 41:46a
What a great ability to wait for the right time? As a teenager, he waited until the age of thirty when elevation naturally came his way.
Wait for your time, a ripe time!
3. A way. There are various ways the Lord can bring a dream to pass. It is not man's responsibility to dictate the way for the Lord but must co-operate with Him. He knows many ways to accomplish all that He plans. You may think a way is the best while He plans another better option. All you need is cooperate with Him and He will bring it to pass. Maintain a very good position before Him!.
Joseph would have loved to stay hooked to Jacob, his father, for life. He may have thought that all dreams will come to pass in his fathers house or in the land of Canaan. However, this was not so.

A better way of God for him was to reign in a country where he would become a world wide powerful man. The Lord arranged how Joseph, the chief Buttler and chief Baker met in prison. These three men in hardship became friends in their troubles (in prison). It was Joseph's concern for his friends that advertised the God-given treasure in him to his co-prisoners. The Chief Buttler later introduced Joseph to Pharaoh who needed him to interprete the Kings dreams. Gen 40,41.
This was the way God planned Joseph's elevation. He has many other ways.
Watch and wait for the way the Lord wants to bring your dreams to fulfillment. You will never regret it.
Stay blessed and rapturable because the Lord is coming soon. From
