Laz was a Christian
Addicted to porn
He wriggled and squirmed
But couldn't get free.

His guilt weighed him down
His prayer life sank
From where would help come?
He'd ponder and muse.

Sometimes he'd arise
In boldness and strength
Enraged at his flesh
Determined to win.

But sooner than late
He'd find himself drawn
Again to the filth
The poison of porn.

One really sick night
Of browsing porn sites
God reached out to Laz
As always He'd done.

'Addicted to porn?'
The advert enquired
'Visit this website
And walk away free.'

Weary and worn out
But wanting freedom
'This must be novel'
He thought and logged on.

Then smack in his face
It hit him with force
Christ was the answer
An answer he had.

'But I am in Christ!'
He jumped and exclaimed
Then sank to his knees
And asked God to for grace.

Laz is a Christian
Delivered from porn
He lives by God's grace
One day at a time.
