THE THIN BLUE LINE

The Christians and the Police are both Warriors and Soldiers true!
The Christian fights "spiritual battles" while the "physical fights" are fought by The Blue!

The Police are referred to as "THE THIN BLUE LINE"!
It represents all LAW ENFORCEMENT that put their lives in harm's way fighting crime!

The "Thin Blue Line" and Christ stand between us and the forces of Hell!
The Blue Line is greatly outnumbered by the criminal element they fight to repel!

There are 8.4 million in New York with 6,000 Police Officers trying to hold things together!
New York had 86,000 felony arrests made in one year if the facts are measured!

That breaks down to one Police Officer for every forteen hundred souls!
That's why our "THIN BLUE LINE" must be Strong, Fearless, and Bold!

Without that "THIN BLUE LINE" National "ANARCHY" would reign!
That's why in all states we continue to recruit and train!

Next time you see a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER walk up and shake their hand!
"Thank them for what they do" and tell them they are "REALLY GRAND"!

One day you may need that Thin Blue Line to come and save your life!
Or to catch a criminal who kidnapped/raped your child or wife!

They lay their lives on the line "everyday" for me and for you!
Give them the HONOR AND RESPECT that they are due!

The Thin Blue Line is a symbol used by law enforcement, originating in the United Kingdom but now prevalent in the United States and Canada to commemorate fallenlaw enforcement officers and to symbolize the relationship of law enforcement in the community as the protectors of fellowcivilians from criminal elements. It is an analogy to the term Thin Red Line.

Each stripe on the emblem represents certain respective figures: the blue centre line represents law enforcement, the top black stripe represents the public whilst the bottom represents the criminals. The idea behind the graphic is that law enforcement (the blue line) is what stands between the violence and victimization by criminals of the would-be victims of crime.[1]

Proponents of the symbol assert that the identifier is intended to show support for police.[1] In the wake of controversies over police shootings, the Thin Blue Line Flag has become popular among law enforcement personnel, their families and supporters. The "THIN BLUE LINE" has been credited with the development of the Thin Blue Line American Flag.[2]
