HEAD OF THE HOUSE

The Bible teaches us that the Father/Husband is to be the Head of his House.
He is to be a figure of strength and not a timid little mouse!

He is to be the "main provider" who holds a full time job.
He is to be a godly example and a leader on the path he trods!

He is to train up his children in the ways of the Lord.
He is to treat his wife with gentleness and show her she is adored!

He is to be a roll model to his kids in word and in deed.
He should never use profanity and "he" is to provide for his families needs!

He should refrain from smoking and drinking and substance abuse.
He should be an example who seeks to help others and not a recluse.

He is to teach his children "by example" to work hard each and every day!
He is to teach his children how to pray!

He is to take his family to Church at the appointed times!
So his children will be assets to his community and not preditors committing crimes!

He should teach his children to be kind to others and to never hold a grudge!
He is teach them to forgive and to never sit in a position to be someone's Judge!

He is to ask God for wisdom every day!
So he might guide his family in the right way!

He is to be his families all in all.
He is to be their protector and their champion standing tall!

33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
