There is a question that has troubled mankind since the beginning of ages; “What is the meaning of life?”
The answer to that question is simple but very elusive! What is the meaning of life? PURPOSE!

The meaning of life is not one universal answer. It is not “one size fits all”. The meaning of life is different for each individual because we each have a different PURPOSE. The meaning of your life is your PURPOSE. You only start living when you discover your PURPOSE and start pursuing it.

Exodus 9:16
But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.

We all have a purpose in life. God has deposited a small part of Himself in us so that we may reflect His greatness. Just as each individual is unique, so too our purposes in life are unique. We all reflect a different side of God.

Moses purpose was to deliver the children of Israel from captivity. Joseph’s purpose was to preserve mankind in a time of severe famine. What is your purpose? It may not be as grand and global as Moses' but it is still important and a valuable. Discover your purpose and you have discovered the meaning of your life.

Without purpose life is meaningless, frustrating and empty. Just ask the infamous prodigal son! The reason he squandered his inheritance is because he had no purpose in life and thus no purpose for his inheritance. Life lived without purpose is squandered, don’t squander yours! Purpose is the key to living a happy, healthy and wealthy life.

Mark 1:38

But He said to them, “Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because for this purpose I have come forth.”

“For this purpose I have come forth.” Why are you here on earth? I may not know your exact purpose in life, but one thing I am sure of is that you are not here by mistake. You are not an accident. You are here by design. Here to fulfil your purpose. Here to reflect the greatness of God.

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you;
Before you were born I sanctified you;
I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

Before God created and deployed you, He had a purpose for you. He created you for a specific purpose. A purpose you have the responsibility to discover and fulfil. Let me say it again, you are not a mistake, neither are you simply the result of your parents deciding to have you. You are here by design. That makes you unique and special.

Ecclesiastes 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

What does this mysterious scripture mean? It simply means God has put His purpose for your life in your heart, yet it is usually a tricky thing to discover it. It is tricky to discover your purpose in life, yet it is also one of life’s greatest joys!

It is my desire that you follow me on this journey of discovering the meaning of your life. Allow me to walk you into your best life, a life of purpose. I want to believe that by the end of this series, you will be well equipped to discover and fulfil your purpose.
