When The Enemy Attacks

He's there the minute you mess up.
Roaring like a lion,
Filling your mind with doubt..
He tells you can't come back from this one.
Says I told you so.
He tells you all the progress you've made,
Was a mirage...
And that you haven't really changed.
Don't buy into his lies.
Don't let him tell you you're not forgiven,
And that it's only a matter of time before you fall again.
Cause you will mess up again.
But don't let the devil take a foothold in your life.
Don't let him continue to tempt you..
Because the sin you committed yesterday,
Jesus paid for..
The sin you'll commit tomorrow,
Jesus paid for..
The sin you'll commit five years from now,
Jesus paid for.
Every sin you've ever committed,
Or ever will commit,
Jesus paid for..
Don't buy into his lies,
Don't let him rob your joy,
But most of all,
Don't let your guard down..
Stand in the Truth,
Put on the full armor of God,
Look the enemy right in his face,
And let him know,
He won a battle,
But Jesus has already won the war.
