"I have sought the Lord, and he has delivered me from all my fears" (Psalm 34:4,KJV).
I recently had a significant struggle with fear. I have gotten victoryby seeking the Lord. When I am afraid, I quote Scripture to try to calm my mind. In addition, I turn on my praise and worship CD and sing and dance before the Lord praising Him.
