The Answer

I was extremely stressed. The nursing school I attended had been put on probation because a large percentage of the past nursing graduates had not passed the State Board licensure exam for nurses. The instructors were determined to make an example of us.

I had full-time school and I worked forty plus hours to support my family. One morning on the way to school, I had a severe anxiety attack which mimicked heart problems. I drove to the nearest emergency room. It wasn't my heart but a full blown panic attack. I couldn’t let this problem interfere with school. I didn’t want to take anti-anxiety medication so I went to God’s word for help.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind”. (2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV) This scripture spoke volumes to me. Panic attacks are the result of a spirit of fear but my God gives power, love and a sound mind!

When I felt a panic attack coming on, I would speak the verse out loud if I were alone or silently in my head when I was around people. I was completely healed within two weeks! Friend, God’s word is powerful. “For the word of God is living and effective…” (Hebrews 4:12, CSB)

In the late 60’s and 1970’s, Christian’s would hold posters up with the phrase ‘Jesus is the answer’ and many would ask, “He’s the answer to what?” Jesus is the answer to everything! I challenge you to search the Bible or perform an internet search on promises in the Bible. Search until you find the Word that speaks to your problem today.

Father, send Your Holy Spirit to lead the reader into the path of truth. Deliver them from whatever their problem. I speak peace, healing and prosperity to their health, spirit and finances in Jesus name.
