Ways Out Of Marital Incompatibility 4

Many decades ago, a Judge of Supreme Court revealed a bitter truth about marriage. He said that a marriage is full of trivialities. Daily, trivial matters take place. Many times they are innumerable. A sad aspect of it is that each triviality is capable of igniting a fire of discord capable of burning the house of marriage.

 

It is noteworthy that people involved in marrage relationship are different in many respects. Yet, they have purposed to live together, this calls for necessary adjustments in the lives of the persons. One of the new characters to demonstrate by someone who is born again is "bearing with one another, and forgiving one another." Colossians 3:13. NKJV.

 

Do you know that marriage is building a new home and it requires so many types of building materials and methods? A born again person has decided to forgo his previous lifestyles to put on a new ones. He has jettisoned the old man for the new man. Everything must be changed to experience and enjoy his new birth in Christ Jesus. So it is with marriage. "Bearing with each other" cannot be ruled out at all. Forgiving each other is mandatory also.

 

SHARING METHOD
One of the trivialities in marriage is sharing. What are we to share? Many things! For instance, a pregnant woman who is hungry had just returned from the market at the time when her husband returned from work hungry as well.

 

All that they have at home that is readily available to eat is a loaf of bread with a satchet of beverages that can feed only one person. Who will eat the bread with the beverage? These can feed only one person. There can be buck-passing here. Think on it. Why did not the woman go to the market earlier, knowing the usual time her man returns from work? So many factors may have contributed to this as you know. This or other excuses cannot feed them.

 

There may be many accusations that can be levied against the man. For instance, one can think that as a serious husband of an expectant woman, why can't the man buy certain snacks or fruits before reaching home? There may be so many factors that can work against this. The best thing is to iron out the issue on hand right.

 

Who ought to eat the available meal at hand?

 

Love is always demonstrated in trivials like this. However, if care is not taken, it can set a home ablaze.

 

Do you know that in this apparently simple matter,
One, the intensity of the hunger matters, if either party cannot wait longer, sharing method can take place.

 

Two, what will the sharing ratio be? Note that the intensity and the depth of love between them can be displayed. It can be shared equally. At least, the woman went to the market to procure food items for the family, food will soon be ready.

 

Otherwise, other workable sharing ratio can be employed to treat the hunger tormenting both couples. Note that ability to tolerate the hunger torment will surely play a strong part.

 

Sharing method can be employed in many areas of a couple's marital life. It is a matter of being on the way to share what is available.

 

Do you know that the children must be considered where they have been added to the family. Many times, good parents will forgo their needs to meet those of the children. This sharing method may have to be applied between or among the children only. This has to be done with wisdom from their parent so that no room will be created for any form of animosity among those children.

 

Sharing method has helped in curing or solving the problem of Incompatibility in marriage for ages. You can employ it as well in various forms and at different times in the marital journey of your life.
